The Creepy Church of Bones

On the grounds near the Sedlac Abbey in the Czech Republic,  is the Cemetery Church of All Saints. Under the church is a chapel called the Sedlac Ossuary, a/k/a The Bone Church. Sometime in the 13th century, an abbot from the monastery went to Israel. He brought back some dirt from Golgatha (where Jesus was crucified). He sprinkled the dirt on the small cemetery by the Abbey…

The Ancient Ram Inn

Who wants to come to England with me? Let’s all go to the Ancient Ram Inn, in a village called Wotton-Under-Edge. They say that it’s the most haunted place in England, which is perfect for us, right?

Lake Shawnee Amusement Park

Scooby-Doo – Where are you??? The Lake Shawnee Abandoned Amusement Park in Rock, West Virginia is right out of an episode of Scooby-Doo…if there were dead kids in cartoons, that is. It has a violent history that goes all the way back to the 1700s. And fun fact – it’s built on an ancient Native American burial ground!

The Ghostly History of Poveglia Island

When I think of going to Italy, a deserted island is the last thing on my mind. I want to eat my way across the country, take in all the scenery, admire every piece of art I can find, see where my great-grandparents were from, and stop to see a good friend in Olbia! However…this little abandoned island is said to be one of the most haunted places in the world and I one thousand percent want to go there!..

The Dock Street Theatre

The southern United States has a very rich history. And thanks to the Revolutionary and Civil Wars, it has quite a haunted history as well. It seems like everywhere you go there’s an old battleground or a building that has a ghost that’s tied to back then. Charleston, South Carolina is no exception. And The Dock Street Theatre in the French Quarter of Charleston is no exception.

The Island of The Dolls

The Island of the Dolls (La Isla de las Muñecas) is a seriously creepy place!  Everywhere you look there are dolls hanging from trees.  Some are extremely old and decayed, and some are new.  Not a place I ever intend to visit.
